Scheduled Maintenance

The PURE ENERGY GO app and website (pureenergygo.com) will be down for scheduled maintenance on Wednesday July 17th from 9-11 PM (BST).

During this time, users can still use the app in Offline Mode by completing the steps below before maintenance begins:

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Download all necessary content (tracks, albums, or playlists) required for playback during the scheduled downtime
  3. After downloading, turn off WiFi on the device
  4. Go to the app homepage, click ‘Profile’ (the icon in the top right of the homepage), then click ‘Settings’ and turn off ‘Allow Streaming via Mobile Data’
  5. Go back to the app homepage and click ‘Library’, then click ‘Downloads’ to access and play downloaded content
  6. Exit the app
  7. On reloading the app, a popup will appear: ‘No WiFi network found. Please turn on Streaming via Mobile Data.’. Tap ‘OK’ to ignore this message; downloads will still play

After completing these steps, users can turn their device’s WiFi back on for regular use.

To prevent the app from refreshing and becoming unavailable during the downtime, users must turn off WiFi and turn off Mobile Data on the device before using the PURE ENERGY GO app.

If using the app for gym floor/background music, users should create playlists of music and download these playlists to use during the scheduled downtime. We recommend avoiding the download of background radio stations due to their large file sizes.

After 11PM (BST) on Wednesday July 17th, the maintenance will be complete.

Users who followed the steps above can then revert their settings:

  1. Go to the app homepage and click ‘Profile’ (the icon in the top right of the homepage)
  2. Click ‘Settings’ and turn on ‘Allow Streaming via Mobile Data’
