How to choreograph your single track dance workouts using Go Dance Volume 03:


Each track will have a 16-32 count intro before the first 32-count phase kicks in. Then, each track is in 32-count phases ie: Verse, Chorus and Freestyle section.

1. Intro β€” These intros provide time for you to get to your teaching spot or brief your class on the starting position and dance style. Use this intro to set the tone of your session.

2. The Drop (A.K.A The Bounce) β€” When the track begins to build in energy, you can make your movements bigger. This section consists of dance/hard house rave-style tracks.

3. The Verse β€” These 64-counts can be either 2 x 32 or 1 x 32 repeated on the left and right.

4. The Chorus β€” Inject fresh moves into this 64-count section.

5. Freestyle β€” This section provides your class with time to recover, or add in another section to maintain the intensity! That’s why we call it the Freestyle section β€” do what you works for you here.
