Setting off at a fast-paced 150bpm to the sound of ‘Close Your Eyes’, its tempo and energy will lead you into the ultimate cardio workout as we continue all the way up to 170bpm, you can’t help but give it your absolute all! From 170bpm we’ll start to take it down to 150bpm and then 135bpm and finally to 118bpm to the recovery and cool down stage.
