Mind Body Intervals 1 is a versatile licence free fitness music release that’s perfect for teaching a multitude of classes.
Brought to you by Rachel Holmes, each workout is structured into timed intervals with varying Work:Rest ratios. A warm up mix and cool down section are also included.
With tempos ranging between 112 and 120 bpm , they are great for Pilates, Slow Body Conditioning, Barre Intervals, Core Work and Mobility Intervals
Each workout can be a stand-alone class or slotted in as a section for variety and cross training.
Workout 1: Reducing Reps. BPM: 112 Time: 19:09
Exercise 1: 60s work / 15s rest. Exercise 2: 40s work / 15s rest. Exercise 3: 30s work / 15s rest. Exercise 4: 20s work / 30s rest , Repeat for 5 rounds.
